Refund policy

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14-day, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If a shipping charge has been paid on the order, we kindly remind you that this is non-refundable. 

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to fully process. You will be notified once this is complete.

We only process return or refund for items lost in transit, dammaged or broken or if the wrong item was shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. 

To start a return, please contact us directly. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.



Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund as of yet, but you can see it has been processed by us, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Process

1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.

2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pillow, curtains, Towel and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: In the event that the parcel is refused and returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered as we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after it leaves our facilities. Frenchie Style store cannot alter any deliveries once the label has been created.

 We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
